
Add a Southeast flavor to this classic recipe. Perfect accompaniment to Rice Crackers
2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
4 scallions, finely chopped
4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 Tbsp KA-ME® Soy Sauce
2 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsp lime juice
1 1/2 tsp KA-ME® Rice Vinegar
1 tsp KA-ME® Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp wasabi paste
KA-ME® Rice Crackers
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Using a fork, mash avocados. Add remaining ingredients and 3 Tbsps cilantro. Garnish with remaining cilantro and serve at once with KA-ME rice crackers.
