
This tangy, zesty version of a salsa dip pairs up with any flavor of KA-ME RICE CRACKERS.

Serves: Makes 1 1/2 cups
Fish Sauce
Original Rice Crackers
Sweet Chili Sauce
2 large tomatoes, diced small
2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 Tbsp KA-ME®Fish Sauce
1 tsp KA-ME®Sweet Chili Sauce
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp chopped fresh basil
2 tsp chopped fresh mint
Salt, to taste
KA-ME®Rice Crackers
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, fish sauce, chili sauce and lime juice. Gently stir in basil and mint. Add salt to taste.
For a spicy version, add 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped.
Serve with KA-ME® rice crackers.
